The next meeting of our History Group will take place on Tuesday, June 25th, at 5.30pm when Mr Rob Jones will give us a talk on The History of the Liverpool Tobacco Industry, 1642-2007. This talk has been described as a tour de force, with images and story delivered at a bewildering speed. Many images, in full colour, are quite amazing for 1648. Hear about the usual suspects, all smoking themselves to death! A talk not to be missed.
Mr. Rob Jones will talk on An illustrated history of the Tobacco Industry in Liverpool, 1642-2007.
